RETURNS CONDITIONS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions:

Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items offered at a reduced price are final sale and we are unable to accept returns for these items.

Please note that returns may take up to five business days to process once the return has been received.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

You are able to submit a return request via our returns portal, found at the top of this page. Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval.

Within Australia

We will deduct a flat rate of 15 AUD from your refund and provide a return shipping label. If you would prefer to receive a store credit we will reduce the cost of return shipping to a flat rate of 10 AUD and provide a return shipping label.

International

For international purchases, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. To ensure the safe return of your items, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
