RETURNS CONDITIONS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions:
  • Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items purchased at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns. 

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on jewellery and swimwear.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that returns may take up to five business days to process once the return has been received.

 

Returning Your Item

You can submit a return request through our returns portal at the top of this page. Simply follow the steps provided and submit your return for approval.

 

Within Australia

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. For refunds, a flat rate of $15 will be deducted from your total. If you’d prefer to receive a store credit or exchange, the return shipping fee is reduced to $10. 

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable at the time your return is processed, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges are not available for items purchased as part of the Basics 4 for 3 offer.

 

International

For international purchases, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

You can choose to ship your return via your own carrier or create a return label and send it back with DHL using our negotiated discounted rates. Please note, you won’t need to pay for the prepaid return post separately — the cost will be deducted from your refund. By using this returns waybill, you consent to the deduction of the return postage cost from your refund.

 

What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry if an item you’ve received isn’t in perfect condition or hasn’t met quality expectations. In order to organise the return of this item, please email a brief description and a clear image of the issue, along with your original order number to hello@ziggyzaza.com.au 

Please note that we have an 8 week faulty claims period. Claims made outside of this timeframe are considered general wear and tear and are not covered.
