We ship all orders from Byron Bay, Australia. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

If you place an order which includes a pre ordered item, your order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are in stock. If you wish to receive the other items in your order first, please place two separate orders.

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA (we ship via Australia Post)

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150 with the option to upgrade to express shipping for $5.00

For orders under $150, we offer

Flat rate of $10 for standard shipping (3-5 business days)

Flat rate of $15 for express shipping (1-3 business days)

  

JAPAN (we ship via DHL Express)

DHL express shipping to Japan is FREE for orders over ¥ 19,500

We charge a flat rate of ¥ 3,450 for DHL express shipping for orders under  ¥ 19,500

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to ZIGGY ZAZA in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.

If you have placed an order which includes a pre ordered item, we will pre pack any items that are in stock and your order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are in stock.
